The debut album by Chicago artist Golding is set to be released on Siccum Records on February 19th! This is a fantastic album, mesmerizing from beginning to end. It is thoughtfully composed; each of the tracks seem to have some definite, complex musical ideas to them; even as noise is used, it is always used “musically”. This is a feast for the imagination and sounds very mature–not just for a debut, but by any standard.
